It will be “Show and Tell” time at the Greene County Historical Society’s May 1 mid-day program at St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Churdan.

Museum volunteers will bring out some of the History Society’s oddest possessions, like the one pictured, and challenge the audience to identify them.
“We’ll show a wide range of items,” said museum program director Margaret Hamilton. “From household gadgets to agricultural tools, they’ll all be rather mysterious, and the guessing game will be lots of fun. And, there will be prizes!”
The free program follows a noon meal prepared by St. Columkille parishioners. Cost is $12. Make lunch reservations by Tuesday, April 28: Call 515-370-4799, or a History Society community contact.
